Dr Chelsi Kuebler

Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc)

Dr Chelsi is a 2019 Doctor of Veterinary Medicine graduate from the University of Sydney. She is originally from Minnesota where she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Animal Science (Pre-Veterinary Emphasis) and a Minor in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. During her final year of her Bachelor's degree she studied abroad at James Cook University in Townsville and fell in love with Australia and our culture. Once she got the email that she had been accepted into USyd's DVM program, the decision was made for her. She has spent the last 8 years in Australia and was granted citizenship in June 2023.

Since graduating Dr Chelsi has worked in small and mixed practices as well as a temporary position in the government sector. Although she misses working with sheep, she thoroughly enjoys working with dogs, cats, pocket pets, and the occasional wildlife. She has special interests in soft tissue surgery, parasitology, and cytology. This year she has signed up for courses focusing on neurology and nutrition to be able to better care for her patients.

Dr Chelsi has 2 pets with her fiancé, who serves in the Navy. They have a blonde Kelpie-cross named Ahsoka and a charcoal tabby Domestic Shorthair named Binx. Ahsoka is named after her fiancé's favourite female Star Wars character and Binx is named after the black cat from one of Dr Chelsi's favourite childhood movies, Hocus Pocus. In her spare time Dr Chelsi loves spending time with her pets and her fiancé, playing Pokemon Go, admiring Halloween decorations (year-round), taking care of her plants, keeping fit, and watching anything from Star Wars or the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She also loves exploring Sydney and finding new restaurants to eat at.

	Dr Chelsi Kuebler Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) Dr Chelsi is a 2019 Doctor of Veterinary Medicine graduate from the University of Sydney. She is originally from Minnesota where she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Animal Science (Pre-Veterinary Emphasis) and a Minor in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. During her final year of her Bachelor's degree she studied abroad at James Cook University in Townsville and fell in love with Australia and our culture. Once she got the email that she had been accepted into USyd's DVM program, the decision was made for her. She has spent the last 8 years in Australia and was granted citizenship in June 2023. Since graduating Dr Chelsi has worked in small and mixed practices as well as a temporary position in the government sector. Although she misses working with sheep, she thoroughly enjoys working with dogs, cats, pocket pets, and the occasional wildlife. She has special interests in soft tissue surgery, parasitology, and cytology. This year she has signed up for courses focusing on neurology and nutrition to be able to better care for her patients. Dr Chelsi has 2 pets with her fiancé, who serves in the Navy. They have a blonde Kelpie-cross named Ahsoka and a charcoal tabby Domestic Shorthair named Binx. Ahsoka is named after her fiancé's favourite female Star Wars character and Binx is named after the black cat from one of Dr Chelsi's favourite childhood movies, Hocus Pocus. In her spare time Dr Chelsi loves spending time with her pets and her fiancé, playing Pokemon Go, admiring Halloween decorations (year-round), taking care of her plants, keeping fit, and watching anything from Star Wars or the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She also loves exploring Sydney and finding new restaurants to eat at. Dr Chelsi is very excited to be at Harbourside Vet and promises to do the best she can to ensure the health and well-being of your fur-babies!

	Anaheld Ajilian B.Eng, MSc, MBA AVC Director- Business partner Anaheld has extensive background in business management and development. She is an industrial engineer but has special interest in business and accounting. She is a business partner and director of AVC.
